Who We Are

Oraum Healthcare is a Virginia-based provider of Medicaid-approved in-home and community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We specialize in services under the Community Living (CL) Waiver, Family & Individual Supports (FIS) Waiver, and CCC Plus Waiver, partnering closely with families, guardians, and support coordinators to ensure care is tailored, respectful, and effective.

Our team of trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) delivers more than care — we foster skills, confidence, and community connection. From daily living assistance to skill development and meaningful community participation, our services are designed to meet both waiver requirements and the individual’s long-term vision for their life.
